Grilled Chicken


  • 2-4 Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1-2 Tablespoon of Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Honey


  • Place chicken in a zip lock bag with the sauces and honey.
  • Mix together to coat chicken and leave to marinade (depending how much time you have this could be for 10mins or up to a day!).
  • Once ready to cook, preheat sandwich press and add a spray of oil to avoid sticking;
  • Place chicken in the sandwich press and lower the lid, cooking for around 4 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Transfer to a plate and serve with a salad, in a sandwich/wrap or in a pasta salad
  • Try using different flavours such as: Peanut Butter / Satay OR Garlic and/or Ginger OR Herbs and Spices (use a dash of olive oil to help coat the chicken)

FODMAP adaptable:
For the sauce, check the label for high FODMAP ingredients (e.g onion, garlic).
Use maple/rice malt syrup instead of honey.
