3 Ingredient Protein Balls


  • 3/4 cup medjool dates (~8-9 dates)
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nuts of your choice
  • 1/4 cup topping of your choice


  • Add the dates and nuts to a food processor and blend until they form a paste.
  • Scoop the paste into a bowl and combine with protein powder. Stir until well combined.
  • Roll into 8 delicious protein balls and coat with choice of topping.

Topping Suggestions: Roll the balls in extra protein powder, cocoa powder or desiccated coconut.
