5 Minute Smoked Salmon Sushi Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150g hot smoked salmon
  • 250g microwave rice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 80g mixed leaves
  • Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water

Method

  • Cook your rice according to the instructions.
  • Dice all your vegetables up into small pieces.
  • Put the soy sauce, water, and rice wine vinegar into a jar and shake well.
  • Divide all ingredients between two bowls. Drizzle the bowls with your dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Use tamari instead of soy sauce

  • Reduce avocado to 1/8th per bowl
  • Remove celery
  • Add 1/4 red capsicum per bowl
