Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats


  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1/3 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup apple chunks
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • OR 1/2 tbsp honey


  • Add all ingredients into a jar or small bowl.
  • Stir to combine. Cover with a lid or cling wrap and set in the fridge overnight
  • The next day, top with additional apple, berries or Coconut and enjoy!
  • Feel free to make a couple of batches, as the oats keep in the fridge for 2-3 days (as long as the milk expiry is within this).

Gluten free adaptable:
Use gluten free oats or quinoa flakes.
