Ingredients
- 6 medjool dates
- 1 banana (ripe/overripe)
- 40g vanilla protein powder
- OR 40g milk powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup almonds
- OR 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- desiccated coconut
Method
- Prep Ingredients: Melt the coconut oil.
- Add all ingredients, other than desiccated coconut, into a food processor.
- Blitz until the mix is sticky and combined.
- In tsp sized serves, roll into a ball and coat in desiccated coconut.
- Store in the fridge or freezer.
