Banana Bread Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 6 medjool dates
  • 1 banana (ripe/overripe)
  • 40g vanilla protein powder
  • OR 40g milk powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup almonds
  • OR 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • desiccated coconut

Method

  • Prep Ingredients: Melt the coconut oil.
  • Add all ingredients, other than desiccated coconut, into a food processor.
  • Blitz until the mix is sticky and combined.
  • In tsp sized serves, roll into a ball and coat in desiccated coconut.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer.
