Berry Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 20g protein powder
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender (or jug if using a stick blender) and blend until thick, smooth & creamy.
  • Top with toppings as per your nutrition plan.

For an extra protein hit, add one scoop of vanilla or chocolate whey or WPI powder to the mix before blending. Feel free to trade out the maple syrup for honey.

We recommend frozen blueberries, raspberries or mixed berries! They all work well!
