- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup brazil nuts
- 1/2 cup banana chips
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Desiccated coconut (for rolling)
- Combine all ingredients in a food process and blitz until a dough is formed.
- Make into small bite-size balls.
- Partially roll in desiccated coconut to finish.
- Store in fridge and allow to harden.
