Cherry Ripe Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted cherries
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 2 tsp cacao
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 20g chocolate protein powder
  • OR 20g vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp coconut essence (optional)
  • OR 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)

Method

  • Prep Ingredients: Remove the pit from the medjool date.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth!

Can switch the cherries for frozen berries of choice
