1/2 cup pitted cherries
1 medjool date
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 tbsp dessicated coconut
2 tsp cacao
1 tsp maple syrup
20g chocolate protein powder
OR 20g vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp coconut essence (optional)
OR 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Method
Prep Ingredients: Remove the pit from the medjool date.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth!
Notes
Can switch the cherries for frozen berries of choice
