Cherry Ripe Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 140g cherries, 1/2 cup , pitted
  • 24g medjol dates, 1 date, pitted
  • 125ml milk, 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 6g dessicated coconut, 1 tbsp
  • 4g cacao, 2 tsp
  • 7g maple syrup, 1 tsp
  • 10g protein powder, 1/2 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 5ml coconut essence, or vanilla - optional

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth!
