Chicken & Salad Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 wholegrain roll
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 80-100g BBQ chicken
  • OR 100g grilled chicken
  • 1 slice cheese (20g)
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 1/4 grated carrot
  • 2 slices beetroot
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • lettuce

Method

  • Slice open roll and spread with avocado.
  • Top with chicken, cheese and salads of choice
  • Enjoy! 

Dairy Free adaptable:
Omit cheese.

Gluten Free adaptable:
Switch roll for a gluten free alternative.

FODMAP adaptable:
Switch roll for low FODMAP alternative (e.g spelt sourdough, gluten free).
Keep avocado to 1/8 per serve.
