Choc Avocado Mousse


  • 1 ripe avocado, pit removed
  • 60 ml full fat yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla


  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Place mixture in fridge and leave for approximately 1 hour.
  • Serve with fresh or frozen berries and a dollop of cream.

Dairy/Vegan adaptable: Use vegan friendly yoghurt instead!

Low lactose: Lactose free yoghurt will do the trick
