Choc Mint Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint essence

Method

  • Cover the dates with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Drain the dates, but reserve 1/3 cup of water.
  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered food processor. Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed.
  • Roll into 10 balls, store in the fridge for 5 days, or freezer for up to 3 months.
