Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/2 tsp peppermint essence
Method
- Cover the dates with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Drain the dates, but reserve 1/3 cup of water.
- Blend all ingredients in a high powered food processor. Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed.
- Roll into 10 balls, store in the fridge for 5 days, or freezer for up to 3 months.
