Prep Time 5 minTo cook on the stovetop, combine oats, milk, water, cocoa, sweetener of choice, vanilla, orange juice & zest in a saucepan and simmer on low-medium heat for 5-10mins – stirring continuously to avoid any overflow or sticking!

Honey or maple syrup.
Gluten-free adaptation:
Choose gluten-free oats or quinoa flakes.
FODMAP adaptation:
Choose a low FODMAP milk (e.g lactose-free).
Choose maple syrup instead of honey.
