Fried Eggs


  • 2 eggs (large)
  • olive oil spray
  • OR butter
  • salt
  • pepper


  • Spray some oil onto a frying pan or melt butter over medium-high heat.
  • Crack eggs into pan and reduce heat to low-medium.
  • Cook for 1 minute or until the white is set.
  • Depending on how you like your yolk you can either: Remove egg from pan and serve immediately OR slide flipper under the egg and carefully flip egg over in the pan and cook the second side to desired way
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve
