Ingredients
- 1/8 avocado
- 1 1/2 cups spinach (roughly 2 generous handfuls)
- 1 cup of almond or rice milk
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana (not too ripe)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 tsp LSA (linseed ground mixture)
- 20g vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Method
- Prep Ingredients: Slice up banana prior to freezing
- Add all ingredients to a blender (or jug if using a stick blender) and blend until smooth & creamy.
- Top with Syrup and toppings such as rice flakes, chia and sliced kiwi
