Fodmap Friendly Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/8 avocado
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach (roughly 2 generous handfuls)
  • 1 cup of almond or rice milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana (not too ripe)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tsp LSA (linseed ground mixture)
  • 20g vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Method

  • Prep Ingredients: Slice up banana prior to freezing
  • Add all ingredients to a blender (or jug if using a stick blender) and blend until smooth & creamy.
  • Top with Syrup and toppings such as rice flakes, chia and sliced kiwi
