Grilled Veggies

Ingredients

  • Your favourite veggies (i.e. potatoes, sweet potato, eggplant, carrot, zucchini, tomato)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • OR other seasoning of your choice (according to your taste)

Method

  • Pre-heat and line the sandwich press with baking paper
  • Slice vegetables to about 1 cm in thickness
  • Close lid and allow to cook for approx. 15-20 mins. (Starchier vegetables may required a little bit longer)

Note: Vegetables such as eggplant and zucchini won’t take quite as long (approx. 5mins) so checking intermittently for that golden brown colour is key.
