Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp plain popcorn kernels
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 1 tsp seasoning of your choice
Method
- Add popcorn kernels into a brown paper bag. Fold the edge of the bag twice over.
- Cook in microwave for 2 - 2 1/2 minutes until you hear pauses of ~2seconds between pops.
- Carefully open bag to avoid steam. Pour popcorn into a bowl. Toss through oil and choice of seasoning.
- Serve immediately of store in an air tight container to enjoy later.

- Lightly Salted (1/2 salt)
- Bit of Spice (1/2 tsp chilli flakes + 1/2 tsp sumac + garlic infused EVOO – optional)
- Sweet & Salty (1/2 tsp sugar + 1/2 tsp salt)
- Cinnamon (1/2 tsp sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon)
- Cheesy popcorn (omit EVOO + 1-2tbsp grated cheese)
