Ingredients
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- OR 2 1/2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion (small)
- 1/2 capsicum (medium)
- 1 lebanese cucumber (medium)
- 1 avocado (medium)
- 1 lemon
Method
- Finely chop all vegetables and toss together in a bowl.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the salsa (helps to prevent the avocado from going brown).
- Season to taste.
