Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 2 heaped tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp of your choice of berry jam
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 1/2 cup of frozen berries
- 1 scoop of whey protein powder
- Ice (to achieve desired consistency)
- Water (to achieve desired consistency)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy
- Slowly add extra water and ice to achieve desired consistency
