Pineapple Smoothie Bowl


  • 90g pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup, drained
  • 24g medjol dates, 1 date
  • 25g rolled oats, 1/4 cup
  • 20g almond meal, 2 tbsp
  • 70g greek yoghurt, 1/4 cup
  • 125ml milk, 1/2 cup, OR milk of your choice
  • 1g cinnamon, 1/4 tsp


  • Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until thick, smooth and creamy
  • Pour into a bowl and top with toppings as per your nutrition plan

For an extra protein hit, add one scoop of vanilla whey or WPI powder to the mix before blending.
