Pita Pizzas


  • 2 pita flatbreads
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • OR 1 cup vegan cheese
  • 1 sachet tomato paste
  • toppings of your choice


  • Place pita on a pizza/baking tray, add base sauce, cheese and toppings
  • Cook at 200°C for 5-10 mins or until cheese is melted and golden, check consistently as these pitas can burn quickly!

  • BBQ base, chicken & cheese
  • Ham & pineapple
  • Pesto base, sliced mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, rocket
  • Tomato paste, spinach, capsicum, olives, feta, Italian herbs
  • Prawns, garlic, chilli, cherry tomato, cheese
  • Potato, rosemary, cheese, garlic, olive oil, onion
