A creamy mash that matches perfectly with so many main dishes.

Ingredients
2 potatoes (medium)
2 sweet potatoes (small - medium)
60g butter
2 1/2 tbsp milk of your choice
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
salt
pepper
Method
Cut potatoes into chunks and place in a microwave-safe dish. Cook on high for 6 minutes or until they are cooked through and able to be mashed.
Place potatoes and remaining ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Alternatively, mash potatoes with remaining ingredients with a potato masher or fork.
Serve on plates while still hot.
FODMAP adaptable: Keep sweet potato to less than 1/2 cup per serve.
Choose low FODMAP milk (e.g lactose free).
