Raisin Toast with Ricotta, Berries & Honey


  • 2 slices wholegrain raisin toast
  • OR 2 slices fruit and nut sourdough bread
  • 4 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)


  • Prep Ingredients: Defrost mixed berries and dry with paper towel (Alternatively you can use fresh!)
  • Spread ricotta evenly over both slices
  • Top with berries & drizzle each slice with honey, cinnamon & flaked almonds if outlined).

We recommend using Burgen fruit and museli bread!
