Roast Meat & Salad Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 wholegrain roll (or gluten free alternative if needed)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • hummus
  • OR salsa
  • 80g roast meat
  • 1 slice cheese (20g)
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 1/4 carrot
  • 2 slices beetroot
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • lettuce
  • OR baby spinach

Method

  • Prep Ingredients: Grate carrot.
  • Slice open roll and spread with avocado & hummus.
  • Top with cheese and salads of choice
  • Enjoy! 

Gluten free adaptable:
Switch roll for a gluten free alternative.

FODMAP adaptable:
Choose low FODMAP bread roll (e.g sourdough, gluten free).
Keep avocado to 1/8 per serve.
Swap hummus/salsa for mustard or mint sauce (keep to 1/2 – 1 tbsp).
