Ingredients
1 rasher shortcut bacon
4 eggs
Dash of milk of your choice
2 handfuls spinach
80g cheese
Method
Prep Ingredients: Grate the cheese.
Cook bacon lying flat on the press, closing lid. Allow approx. 2 mins to cook.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl whisking the egg until light and fluffy.
Once bacon is cooked, remove leaving residual fat on the press.
Pour half the mix onto the press, allow one minute to cook or until golden in colour. Once starting to hold its shape, use a spatula to fold the omelette in on itself.
