Sandwich Press Omelet


  • 1 rasher shortcut bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • Dash of milk of your choice
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 80g cheese


  • Prep Ingredients: Grate the cheese.
  • Cook bacon lying flat on the press, closing lid. Allow approx. 2 mins to cook.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl whisking the egg until light and fluffy.
  • Once bacon is cooked, remove leaving residual fat on the press.
  • Pour half the mix onto the press, allow one minute to cook or until golden in colour. Once starting to hold its shape, use a spatula to fold the omelette in on itself.
