Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (large)
- 2 bunches asparagus
- 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Preheat Sandwich Press
- Place Salmon fillets in press and close lid. Cook for 3 minutes
- Place asparagus in the sandwich press next to the salmon
- Cooking time will vary depending on the size of the fillet but it should be between 5-6 minutes.
- Remove the salmon once cooked but allow the asparagus to continue cooking for a few more minutes until cooked through.
- Serve together with a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
