Sandwich Press Salmon & Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (large)
  • 2 bunches asparagus
  • 1 lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Preheat Sandwich Press
  • Place Salmon fillets in press and close lid. Cook for 3 minutes
  • Place asparagus in the sandwich press next to the salmon
  • Cooking time will vary depending on the size of the fillet but it should be between 5-6 minutes.
  • Remove the salmon once cooked but allow the asparagus to continue cooking for a few more minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve together with a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
