Ingredients
4 premade meat skewers (from your local supermarket or deli)
1 cup greek yoghurt
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp olive oil
Salad of your choice (to serve)
Method
Prep Ingredients: Crush or mince the garlic cloves.
Preheat Sandwich Press and line with baking paper.
Place skewers on the sandwich press once it reaches its max temperature. Cooking times will vary, but we found approx. 5-8 mins worked best. Turn every 2 mins.
In the meantime, combine yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and olive oil in a small bowl to make the serving sauce. You can also prepare your choice of salad during this time.
Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving with salad and yoghurt sauce.
Lactose-Free adaptation: Use lactose-free Greek yoghurt to still make an amazing dipping sauce.
