Snack Sized Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder of choice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup berries

Method

  • Stir all ingredients in a jar or container together, besides the berries.
  • Refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum 3 hours.
  • Top with berries and enjoy!
