Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder of choice
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup berries
Method
- Stir all ingredients in a jar or container together, besides the berries.
- Refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum 3 hours.
- Top with berries and enjoy!
