Strawberry Banana Sundae


  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • extra strawberries


  • Prep Ingredients: The night before; cut the bananas into chunks and freeze them.
  • Blitz banana, strawberries, milk and optional maple syrup in a food processor until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Serve immediately topped with 1-2 tbsps Greek Yoghurt and 1 strawberry OR store in a container and keep in the freezer.
