High protein Strawberry Smoothie (Protein Powder Free)
No whey protein? No problems!
1/2 cup milk (milk alternatives are acceptable)
1/2 cup of yoghurt (strawberry flavoured works best!)
3 tablespoons of skim milk powder
1/2 cup strawberries
1 tsp of honey or maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Optional: 3-5 Ice cubes for a refreshing summer smoothie!
Place all ingredients in a blender or stick mixer and blitz for 1-2mins until smooth and thick.
Try other fruits and yoghurts for different flavours combinations!
