Grease a microwave safe dish and instead of step 4, place the dish in the microwave (use an upturned plate to elevate it off the turntable slightly).
Cook, uncovered, on medium heat for 15 mins or until the edges are firm and the centre is only slightly wobbly.

We recommend chives, oregano, chill, basil or a combination! You can use fresh or dried, they all work well!
