Sweet Potato Wedges


  • 1 sweet potato (medium)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ground cinnamon
  • OR herb of your choice (Optional)


  • Prep Ingredients: Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.
  • Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
  • Place sweet potato on a lined baking tray. Brush with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and herb of choice.
  • Bake for 35-40 mins or until golden .
  • Serve with greek yoghurt and/or sweet chilli sauce.
