The Easiest Garlic Prawns


  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 400g garlic prawns
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • brown rice


  • Dice the carrots, onion, and capsicum. Chop the ends off the green beans. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a medium-large non-stick pan on a medium heat.
  • Ad the onion & garlic. Stir for 2-3 mins, until golden.
  • Add the prawns and the rest of the vegetables. Partially cover and stir occasionally.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, until the prawns are hot and the vegetables are softening but still have some crunch. Serve with brown rice.
