The Nutty Professor


  • 1 x banana
  • 125ml milk, OR milk of your choice, we use nut milk as it tastes delicious
  • 20g nut butter, 1 tbsp
  • 10g cacao, 1 tbsp
  • 10g LSA mix, 1 tbsp
  • 24g medjol dates, 1 date
  • 1g cinnamon, 1/2 tsp
  • 40g whey protein, 2 scoop, chocolate or caramel works best - optional


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Go nuts on this great smoothie!
